Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy

PanelSaga currently offers digital products that are delivered electronically. We do not currently sell or ship physical products.

Because our products are digital, no physical package, parcel, or physical shipping service is required.

After a successful purchase, eligible digital products are made available electronically through the delivery method provided on the purchase or confirmation page.

Depending on the product and website implementation, delivery may be provided through a secure download link, purchase page, account area, email, or another electronic method.

Digital products are generally intended to be delivered electronically shortly after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery timing may occasionally be affected by payment processing, technical issues, email delivery delays, or temporary service interruptions.

If you have completed payment but cannot access your purchased product, please contact PanelSaga support so we can investigate and assist you.

Digital products may be provided through controlled or secure access methods. Customers are responsible for maintaining access to the email address, account, or device used to receive or access their purchase.

Download links or access credentials should not be publicly shared, redistributed, resold, or otherwise provided to unauthorized individuals.

If you successfully completed a payment but did not receive access to the purchased digital product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to verify the transaction and restore access or provide another appropriate solution.

If a technical problem prevents successful delivery and cannot be reasonably resolved, the matter may be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy .

Digital products can be delivered electronically to customers regardless of physical shipping location, subject to payment provider availability, applicable laws, and PanelSaga's ability to provide the product in the customer's location.

No international shipping charges apply to digital products.

PanelSaga may update this Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, delivery systems, payment providers, or legal and operational requirements.
